At KCore Holdings, our strategy is to generate high-yield returns for investors by locating properties with core+, value-add, or opportunistic characteristics. We aim to identify opportunities using our ability to reposition the asset through capital improvements and upgrades, renovations of the interior units, operation improvements, expense decreases, as well as creating other revenue generating projects. These strategies allow us to add value to the properties, increasing rental income both immediately and for the long-term.

In order to provide attractive opportunities for investors, KCore Holdings uses its strong relationships and respected reputation within the markets to source acquisitions. Throughout the review and due diligence process of a property, we work closely with our talented asset managers, property managers, and construction managers to formulate a unique business plan for every property acquired. The collaboration with our partners enables us to effectively execute the property’s business plan immediately upon acquisition. The KCore Holdings acquisition process is a team effort utilized to maximize investor returns while carefully focusing on preserving investors’ capital.
